Bilingual Finland
I come from a city that is just next to Swedish border and therefore two languages come out even stronger than elsewhere in Finland. Especially in Haparanda which is Tornio's neighbour city on the Swedish side and very well connected to Tornio. Quite a few of the Swedes over there speak swedish and finnish fluently so there hasn't been too many problems, but this just made me laugh quite loudly.
A referee in women's match in 3rd division gave two warnings to Haparanda's players
for speaking finnish on the field. What makes so funny about this is the fact that some of the players in Haparanda FF's players only speak finnish and are Finnish as well. Now this is being investigated and the Swedish FA is tutoring the referee's to accept players using finnish or any other language on the pitch.
